Abstract: 695 Autoimmune Lymphoproliferative Syndrome (ALPS) is an inherited disease associated with defects of lymphocyte apoptosis leading to lymphoproliferation and autoimmunity. The majority of ALPS patients have mutations in the FAS gene.
