The Behavioral Impact of Entrepreneur Identity Aspiration and Prior Entrepreneurial Experience

Abstract: This study examines entrepreneurial motivation in three diverse samples from an identitypossible self-perspective. We propose a model describing antecedents and outcomes of entrepreneur identity aspirations.
