Hot flashes, dry vagina, migraines, breast soreness, and insomnia are frequent physical problems while psychological ailments include depression, anxiety, erratic emotions, and stress. This chapter is about comprehending perimenopause. Overall, it shows that alterations in neurological system, in addition to ovarian or hormonal changes are linked to perimenopause. Perimenopause is clearly a stage of a female's reproductive cycle associated with unpleasant symptoms and irregular happenings. Therapy or lifestyle alteration can manage perimenopause.
