The attitude of Jordanian customers towards virtual stores

Abstract: The present study aims to explore the attitude of Jordanian customers towards virtual stores. The study was conducted during October, 2018. The population of the study involved all Jordanian customers. A questionnaire was developed to collect the data. The study sample consisted of 319 customers who received the questionnaires which were all retrieved. Thus, the response rate was 100%.
