Abstract:The apoptosis-associated speck-like protein containing a caspase recruitment domain (ASC) protein is a component of inflammasomes, inflammation-mediating complexes that include Nucleotide-Binding Oligomerization Domain, Leucine Rich Repeat And Pyrin Domain Containing 3 (NLRP3).
