Abstract:Auscultation of the heart is a clinical art that allows the doctor to make accurate diagnoses with the skills after formal training. The technology efficiently complements the clinical diagnosis, so that the latter is insufficient without a clinical approach; on the other hand, when the clinical practice is replaced by technology, diagnosis and treatment is equally ineffective.
