Population of AM Fungi and its distribution in the soil are strongly influenced by several factors such as land use, climate, temperature, chemical, physical and biological properties of soil (Djuuna, 2007), crop rotation, monoculture, tillage, organic amendments, and application of biocides (Kaur and Mukerji, 1999).
