Abstract: Psychological Operation (PSYOP) is a strategic effort aimed at persuading and manipulating attitudes and behaviours of a target audience. The nature of Psychological Operation inhibits scientific analyses of its capabilities and effectiveness, resulting in scepticism of PSYOPs ability to influence.
