The Application and Working Principles of Passive Pumping Mechanism

Abstract

Passive pumping mechanisms are vital for today’s experiment and studies in the microfludics fields. This Paper is a review paper about the passive pumping mechanism (as known as PPM) with variety types of driven force used in microfludics experiment. The goal of such article was to review the already existed PPM. In doing so, the paper summed up different types of PPM, explained their working principles and showed some of applications of PPM. The history, development and the limitation were also discussed in the paper.
