The antibiotic sensitivity pattern and the use of antibiotics in women with asymptomatic bacteriuria in pregnancy

Abstract: All the samples were assessed in the microbiology laboratory of the CSTH. Samples were cultured on Cystine Lactose Electrolyte Deficient (CLED) Agar medium and a colony count of more than 10 5 per ml of urine was taken as significant bacteriuria.
