“…The characteristic angiographic triad of TBM includes 1) narrowing of supraclinoid portion of internal carotid artery, 2) a widely sweeping pericallosal artery or outward bowing of thalamostriate vein, and 3) delayed circulation in middle cerebral artery with scantly collaterals and early draining veins. Such a triad would suggest a dilated ventricular system and constriction of carotid and middle cerebral vessels by tuberculous arteritis [63].
