The analysis of geodata interpretation in digital maps “MapInfo”

Abstract

The article proposes to consider a comparison of the methods of displaying information on analog thematic maps and the capabilities of Mapinfo software in the design of digital maps. The analysis of the GIS Mapinfo capability to fully replace the classical ways of displaying information on thematic maps has been carried out in this research.
