The analysis of complaints of patients obstetric institutions on issues of quality of care

Abstract: The article presents the analysis of complaints in 75 patients obstetric hospital. It is established that in the structure of reduced complaints proportion of complaints about the organization of medical care and sanitary conditions and increased the quality of medical care. Of the total number of complaints 30.7% of substantiated. The highest percentage of complaints is necessary to work the receiving Department (33,3% of the total complaints) and women’s consultations (25.4%).
