“…Mattila & Saarnivaara (1968), while investigating the effect of some antihistamines on the antinociceptive action of morphine in the rabbit tooth pulp test found that there was a relationship between the ability of these drugs to enhance the antinociceptive action of morphine and the sedative effect of antihistamines.
