The African Union’s Agenda 2063 for Africa’s Development: Possibility or Ruse?

Abstract: When Africa emerged from the chains of colonialism, there was great hope for post-colonial African leaders to consolidate the spirit of Pan-Africanism and use Africa's vast resources to spur inclusive socioeconomic development.
