Abstract

A state is responsible for public health. So the state should carry responsibility up to maintain the individuals' health. The state could achieve that via procedures that maintain public health. Sometimes, the state may impose limits on the side of individuals as to accomplish the task (public heath). In such a case, the specific bodies can meet the aims and then the study will be divided into two chapters; the first is to identify the federal authority. While the second is about the local one.
