The ADHD–Smoking Comorbidity and Implications for Stimulant Treatment in Children and Adolescents

Abstract: There has been concern and controversy over the effects of stimulant treatment on the risk for smoking related outcomes in individuals with ADHD. The goal of this report is to examine the evidence around this risk and to suggest clinical implications of the fi ndings.
