Abstract:This review is included in the 8-volume collected works that were published between 1853 and 1859 by Roederer's son. The Archives Nationales hold an extensive collection of Roederer's manuscripts, correspondence and other papers (Series AP Archives privées, 29 AP 1-120), which have not been consulted in preparation of this paper.
