Abstract:The article describes the synthesis of solid solutions of ZnS-CdSe, ZnS-CdS, ZnS-ZnTe systems (for the first time in the given compositions). Through X-ray, IR-spectroscopic and electron-microscopic studies, the findings about their bulk physicochemical properties were obtained.
