The action of fish peptide Orpotrin analogs on microcirculation

Abstract: In order to investigate the relationship between the primary structure of Orpotrin, a vasoactive peptide previously isolated from the freshwater stingray Potamotrygon gr. orbignyi, and its microcirculatory effects, three Orpotrin analogs were synthesized.
