Abstract:The Armed Conflict that occurred in Aceh Province between Indonesia and the Free Aceh Movement (Gerakan Aceh Merdeka/GAM) has lasted for almost 30 years still remains an enormous humanitarian problem in particularly for the victims of the conflict and mostly civilians.
