The ability of D-dimer, albumin, and D-Dimer/albumin ratio to predict in-hospital mortality and intensive care unit admission in COVID-19 patients admitted to the emergency department

Abstract: OBJECTIVES: COVID-19 can also cause multi-organ failure or severe pneumonia. Therefore, new biomarkers are being investigated for rapid diagnosis, early treatment and reduced mortality rates. In this study, D-dimer and albumin were looked at from a different perspective.
