Abstract:MicroRNAs (miRNAs), are endogenous noncoding single strand RNA molecules with approximate length of 22 nucleotides. Ovarian cancer is a heterogenous disease which includes different biologic behaviors in the clinical, and molecular level. miRNAs have roles in the early diagnosis, prognosis, and chemotherapy sensitivity for ovarian cancer, and in the regulation of reproduction by being expressed in the ovaries.
