The 90° Domain Boundary Drag by Acoustic Phonons in Ferroelectrics

Abstract: The evaluation of the phonon viscosity coefficient caused by interaction between 0 a mobile 90 domain boundary in a ferroelectric of the perovskite type (structure) and acoustic phonons when the width of the domain boundary exceeds their wavelengths i s the subject of the present paper.
