“…Privitera and Nesci says that street food is more of a necessity than a fashion because it is so cheap, and, at the same time, it provides the opportunity to discover new places and get in touch with unknown cultures and places (Privitera and Nesci, 2015, p. 718). Jeaheng and Han (2020) investigated the attributes of street foods and tourist behaviour behaviour in Thailand, which has many original foods as Turkey.
