TGFβ signaling inhibits goblet cell differentiation via SPDEF in conjunctival epithelium

Abstract: The ocular surface epithelia, including the stratified but nonkeratinized corneal, limbal and conjunctival epithelium, in concert with the epidermal keratinized eyelid epithelium, function together to maintain eye health and vision.
