Texture Feature Extraction For Biometric Authentication using Partitioned Complex Planes in Transform Domain

Abstract: Abstract-Feature vector generation is an important step in biometric authentication. Biometric traits such as fingerprint, finger-knuckle prints, palmprint, and iris are rich in texture.
