Abstract:Oxaliplatin, a platinum-based chemotherapy drug, causes neuropathic pain, yet effective pharmacological treatments are lacking. Previously, we showed that tetrandrine (TET), with anti-inflammatory properties, reduces mechanical allodynia in nerve-injured mice.
