Abstract:Celiac disease (CD) occurs in genetically predisposed individuals, and usually presents with gastrointestinal symptoms. Hypocalcemia with associated tetany has rarely been reported as the presenting symptom of CD. A 4year-old girl presented to us with bilateral painful carpopedal spasm.
