Testosterone Regulation of Homocysteine Metabolism Modulates Redox Status in Human Prostate Cancer Cells

Abstract: Clearance of homocysteine via the transsulfuration pathway provides an endogenous route for cysteine synthesis and represents a quantitatively significant source of this amino acid needed for glutathione synthesis.
