Testicular Plasmacytoma as Initial Presentation of Multiple Myeloma

Abstract: We report the case of a 47-year-old man who presented with vague abdominal pain for 3 months and a painless left testicular mass with ultrasonography features suspicious of malignancy. Histopathology of high inguinal orchiedectomy specimen suggested testicular plasmacytoma. Patient on further evaluation was diagnosed as Multiple myeloma.
