“…À medida que o tamanho das amostras aumenta os resultados da condutividade elétrica tendem a aumentar, isto ocorre porque aumentando o número de sementes para o mesmo volume de água, há uma maior concentração de lixiviados na solução, resultando em maior valor de CE. Segundo Moura et al (2017), quanto maior a CE menor é o vigor das sementes, pois a condutividade é função direta de lixiviados. Observa-se que a partir da amostra com 50 sementes os resultados de condutividade elétrica ficaram próximos, sendo a diferença do incremento de 3% entre a amostra de 50 e 75 sementes, e 5,94% entre a amostra de 50 e 100 sementes.…”
