Tespa1 facilitates hematopoietic and leukemic stem cell maintenance by restricting c-Myc degradation

Abstract: Hematopoietic stem cells (HSCs) and leukemia stem cells (LSCs) have robust self-renewal potential, which is responsible for sustaining normal and malignant hematopoiesis, respectively.
