Terrain‐referenced navigation using a steerable‐laser measurement sensor

Abstract: The benefits of GNSS have created dependencies on navigation in modern day aviation systems. Many of these systems operate with no backup navigation source. This makes the capabilities supported by precise navigation vulnerable.
