“…387 Many works also reported that introduction of bromine suppresses the yellow phase and stabilizes the photoactive black phase of CsPbI 3 . 232,[384][385][386]388,389 Nasstrom et al 384 used in situ grazing-incidence wide-angle X-ray scattering and X-ray fluorescence experiments to investigate structural phase transitions and phase diagrams for a broad range of compositions of the CsPb(I 1−x Br x ) 3 thin films obtained by inkjet printing and ordinary coating (for Brrich compositions). The compositions containing up to moderate amounts of bromine (x ≤ 0.45) were found to form the orthorhombic (Pnma) yellow δ-phase at room temperature.…”

“…Several studies revealed no miscibility gap in the mixed inorganic CsPb(I 1– x Br x ) 3 perovskite system, , although Wang et al reported the onset of phase segregation under light illumination . Many works also reported that introduction of bromine suppresses the yellow phase and stabilizes the photoactive black phase of CsPbI 3 . , ,, …”

“…All inorganic cesium lead halides-based perovskite materials referring to the materials with the chemical formula CsPbX3 (X = I, Br, or Cl) for their better chemical and thermal stability [5] are used for improving the operational stability of PeLEDs. However, the in situ formed all inorganic perovskites usually form large-size grains which results in non-uniform surface morphology and low photoluminance (PL) efficiency [6]. The small crystal size and the smoother surface of the perovskites are desirable for the better-performed PeLEDs.…”

“…It has been verified experimentally that ABX 3 compounds usually display four phases, including cubic (a) with a space group of Pm% 3m, tetragonal (b) with a space group of P4/mbm, and two orthorhombic phases (black g and non-perovskite yellow d phases) with space groups of Pbnm and Pnma. [6][7][8] DFT calculations reveal that the formation energies of CsPbI 3 with respect to the precursors CsI and PbI 2 gradually decrease with the order of abgd phases, indicating an increase in structural stability. 9 The transition from a perovskite to a non-perovskite leads to degradation of electrical transport performance, which should be avoided in material preparation.…”
