Teratoma-Associated Anti-NMDA Receptor Encephalitis

Abstract: Anti-N-methyl-D-aspartate (NMDA) receptor encephalitis is a recently described disease process most often associated with ovarian teratomas and should be a consideration in a young female patient who presents with acute encephalopathic symptoms.
