Abstract:ResumoO vasoespasmo cerebral é uma complicação relativamente frequente após episódios de hemorragia subaracnóidea de etiologia aneurismática. É responsável pela mortalidade de aproximadamente 30% dos pacientes e por sequelas neurológicas em 50% dos sobreviventes. Revisão de literatura realizada em julho de 2012.
