Terahertz radiation emission using plasma‐filled dielectric liner with the effects of pre‐modulated relativistic electron beam

Abstract: We propose a theoretical model for the efficient emission of high-power terahertz (THz) radiation. The pre-modulation of the beam is accounted for by the interaction of the two laser beams with the relativistic electron beam (REB). The pre-modulated REB travels through a dielectric liner waveguide, which is filled with a plasma.
