Terahertz Absorption Characteristics of the Sodium Carboxymethyl Cellulose Colloid Based on Microfluidic Technology

Abstract: Sodium carboxymethyl cellulose is a type of macromolecular chemical substance that is widely used in the industry for food thickening.
