The relevant issues have been studied of ensuring the stability of producing wells in the place of their curving when uncovering the mining extracted area for the underground gas generator operation. It is emphasized that the design planning of efficient operation of underground gas generators in downhole gasification technology is impossible without consideration of the stress state of the rock massif, which can lead to a danger of the wellbore cutting and emergency shutdown of the technological system operation. The parameters of geomechanical models have been developed and substantiated for the study of the stress state of the “rock massif – producing well” system under the conditions of the Lviv-Volyn coal basin. A computer simulation has been performed of change in the stress state of a laminal massif around a well with a curvature radius in the range of 5 – 25 m with the use of the finite element method. The exponential function has been revealed of the tensile stresses value in the roof of the seam from the angle of the producing well entry into the coal seam. It is recommended the rational angle of a well entry into the coal seam, which is in the range of 21 – 28 degrees, and an appropriate curvature radius will be 5 – 10 m.

Sometimes in mining, it is necessary to combine di erent extracting technologies within one enterprise. So, in this paper, the analysis of scienti c and technical mining operations with combined technologies is carried out, and the search for structure and their operation in the mining enterprise is performed. The processes and technological parameters of mineral extraction by two fundamentally di erent technologies are investigated in detail. Due to the introduction of additional technologies, it is possible to involve sub-standard reserves in the production process, and an algorithm for determining the technological parameters is developed. This algorithm consists of criteria that make it possible to nd compatibility in the work of one or more development technologies while maintaining an e ective level of extraction. To do this, all processes at the enterprise are grouped: by degree of exploration, feasibility and economic e ciency. For each of them, certain coe cients were determined on the example of the operation of two speci c combined technologies: the extraction of uranium ores and coal. For each group of criteria, certain coe cients are identi ed that allow assessing the feasibility of applying technology in their area. Their product is a general coe cient of compatibility, which shows the feasibility of introducing additional technology at the enterprise with the feasibility study. It de nes the amount of funds invested in the development of an enterprise to achieve e cient mineral extraction with combined technologies within one enterprise. This point can be used to predict the grade variability of stockpiles from the origin source and the methodology allows characterizing the iron grades within stockpiles without any extra sampling.

Purpose. To explore problems and prospects of Ukraine's coal industry functioning in crisis with the use of instruments of state support.methodology. There were used methods of analysis (analysis of policy documents and state financing), synthesis (systematic study of the influence of legal regulation and state funding on state operation of coal mines), monographs (the review of scientific views on problems of development of coal industry), research (identifying areas of use and the efficiency of budget expenditures) and the experiment (corrected the calculation of the amount of public funding, costs and losses of the coal industry).findings. Government support is the main form of supporting the operation of the coal industry. Analysis of policy documents and resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine showed their declarative nature and lack of a systematic approach to reforming the coal industry. In terms of anti-terrorist operations, the loss of coal mining and the growth of accounts payable, finding an effective owner is a possible solution to this problem.Originality. System study of State support of development of coal industry in terms of the directions of use of budget funds and the elements was conducted. Pricing and the effect on profitability of coal enterprises were investigated. The adjustment of the volume of public funding due to changes in exchange rate of the hryvnia to the American dollar was carried out.Practical value. The research results can be used to improve the mechanism of the State support of enterprises of coal industry.
