Tendencias de consumo y de la distribución en el mercado de las arepas de maíz en la ciudad de Bogotá D.C.

Abstract: La caracterización del mercado de las arepas de maíz en la capital colombiana puede generar inquietudes, pues elementos como las tendencias de consumo y los canales de distribución harán un aporte significativo al sector productivo de la ciudad que esté interesado en esta actividad económica.
