Characteristics and intentions of heterosexual couples comprising a transgender man awaiting sperm donation to conceive a child

The couples in our study exhibited a greater willingness to be forthright about donor conception (95%) than the 47 couples of the Ghent study, 30 in which only 72% of the couples intended to disclose this information to their child.
