Temporary Fibrin Glue Occlusion of the Main Pancreatic Duct in the Prevention of Intra-Abdominal Complications After Pancreatic Resection

Abstract: Ductal occlusion by intracanal injection of fibrin glue decreases neither the rate nor the severity of intra-abdominal complications after pancreatic resection.
