Abstract: Brazilian Spotted Fever (BSF) is a severe tick-borne disease in Brazil’s south and southeast regions. We examined temporal trends and spatial distribution of BSF cases and deaths. There were stable incidence and mortality rates, decreasing case fatality, and distinct spatial clusters, highlighting the need for ongoing surveillance and prevention efforts.
