Abstract: After lung transplant (LTx), donor specific antibodies (DSAs) to anti-human leukocyte antigen (HLA) play an important role in antibody mediated rejection (AMR) and subsequent allograft dysfunction. DSAs amplify the immune response via complement-dependent and independent pathways leading to poor outcomes.
