Purpose:The relevance of work is connected with understanding that the policy turns into the media process. Problematic is an allocation in a huge flow of information of the most priority and significant: consciousness of the recipient is considerably overloaded; the individual does not manage to carry out the analysis of the obtained information, and only gives it a superficial emotional assessment Methodology: The method of comparison is used for the correlation of political media reality with reality. The method of the analysis of empirical data of political activity promotes the establishment of the truth in the registration of media materials.Result: In the article, the levers used in mass media are analyzed, their manipulative potential is defined. Special attention is paid to the fact that virtualization of political reality in mass media leads to the emergence of ideological symbols. The practical importance of research of manipulative capacity of mass media consists of the identification of peculiar features, forms, and methods of impact on the consumer of information content.Applications: This research can be used for universities, teachers, and students. Novelty/Originality: In this research, the model of The manipulative capacity of mass media is presented in a comprehensive and complete manner.

Abstract: Modern information technology has firmly entered our lives, which has affected the learning process in higher education. Individual distance learning has been reflected in the development of new teaching methods for people with disabilities, however, more recently, more attention has been paid to the issue of introducing distance learning and for people who, due to circumstances (remote access), cannot be in an educational institution. Individual distance learning is currently a promising form of education for high-quality higher education, since one of the tasks of modern education is unlimited access to high-quality educational resources regardless of gender, race, social status, place of residence, etc. This type of training can be described as a process of providing access to classical modern education, when the source of information and the students themselves are separated in time and space. The theoretical and methodological basis of this article is based on work in the field of computer science and pedagogy, which explores various processes, methods and means of using computer technology for distance learning in universities. This article is devoted to the issue of consideration of technologies used for independent activities in the framework of distance individual learning. The authors conducted a study of the results of distance individual learning. It was found that interactive lectures, video conferencing, audiovisual tools, interactive seminars, glossaries, interactive tests are considered the most effective technologies for independent work of students.The results made it possible to emphasize the effect of the development of distance learning technologies.

This article is devoted to the need for innovative approaches in the training system for television. The intensive development of television and multimedia technology, in particular, optical technologies in telecommunications, has been observed in recent decades, this opens up new opportunities for the creation and organization of television production and has a direct impact on television content. In light of this, it seems that television journalists, directors, cameramen and other representatives of the creative professions on television need to have professional knowledge of modern television technologies. And vice versa, it is advisable for technical specialists to get a general humanitarian training and understanding of the nature of mass communications. This will ensure the comprehensive and harmonious development of all segments parallel to the television industry. Moreover, the authors provide evidence of unique historical facts of the formation of the period of mass broadcasting in Russia.
