Temperature observation of the evolution of the domain structure of triglycine sulphate by SEM

Abstract

The experimental results of time and temperature studies of evolution of the domain structure of triglycine sulphate under the action of a SEM electron beam are presented. Direct domain structure obser vations are performed via a heating and cooling device installed inside the SEM camera.
