Temperature Dependent Optical Properties in a Strained Diluted Magnetic Quantum Well

Abstract: Temperature dependence of the exciton in a Cd1−x out Mnx out Te/Cd1−x in Mnx in Te/Cd1−x out Mnx out Te strained quantum well is investigated for various Mn content. Spin polaronic shifts are estimated using mean field theory for different Mn concentration and the well sizes.
