Temperature-Dependent Debonding Resistance of 316 Stainless Steel, Inconel 625, and Ti-6AL-4V Alloys

Abstract: This study investigates the temperature-dependent debonding properties of 316 Stainless Steel (SS), Inconel 625, and Ti-6AL-4V alloys in additive manufacturing using the finite element method. The analysis reveals notable relations between in mechanical properties and debonding resistance among these materials.
