Temperature dependence of deformation behavior in amorphous poly(butylene terephthalate)/poly(carbonate) blends

Abstract: Mechanical properties of amorphous poly(butylene terephthalate)/poly(carbonate) (PBT/PC) blends were studied at various temperatures. Two distinct regions associated with the mechanical response at various temperatures were identified. Also the temperature-related microstructural evolution of amorphous PBT/PC blends was explored at 30 C and 50 C by synchrotron radiation WAXS.
